Queen b bullz & cattery policies

Here at QBBC we stand by our productions for life, meaning no matter how far they are or how old they may be, we will forever have room for them if they should need it. Our biggest priority is ensuring that none of our productions end up in homes not suited for them or the humane society. 

For the safety of our family and animals, we no longer allow strangers to come to our home. We take weekly pictures and videos when we have a litter, and we are happy to facetime/video chat with anyone at any time to see the babies. Regardless of whether you are coming from out of state, are local or we are delivering the fur baby to you, all meeting locations are in public/neutral spaces. 

We are a cageless cattery, because of this our cattery is our home in its entirety. We do not allow tours of our home or personal space, this is invading and unreasonable, as you are here to see the kittens. We have children and inviting strangers into your own home can be concerning at any given time. 

PAYMENTS: We do NOT accept personal checks. Our preferred form of payment is cash, but we do accept digital payments through Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. We offer payment plans for our babies to those who need it, but our babies NEVER leave our home until they are PAID IN FULL.

DEPOSITS: Our deposit amount for ANY puppy/kitten is $500.00 USD unless stated otherwise. Our deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are TRANSFERABLE to another/future litter. Unlike many other breeders, we will NEVER ask for a deposit before a litter is born. 

LITTER SELECTIONS: We breed for us before anyone else, breeding to better our breed(s) and program is our main focus. We will always have keepers (whether they are placed into Co-Own homes or kept in our home), and our picks will always take priority over the wants of anyone else. Keepers/top picks are always selected BEFORE anyone else gets the chance to make a selection. Top picks are selected around 6 weeks of age, which allows us to continually evaluate the entire litter. Selections are also made around then because that gives us time to get the litter's initial DNA testing done. Once a litter arrives, we will contact everyone on the "waiting list" with the birth announcement photos and information. We will go through our waiting list BEFORE posting anything available to the public. Selections will be made in the order the deposits are received, excluding our pick(s) or stud owner picks (which are considered 1st, 2nd & 3rd or "top picks").

STUDS/KINGS: We pride ourselves in owning the best studs available & quality males produced by our lines. 

• Our King CATS are not available for "stud". We are a closed cattery.
• Our Stud DOGS are available for stud unless otherwise posted on our website. We DO NOT allow our studs to breed any female outside of our program naturally. Not only is disease sharing a huge concern, but also the safety of our studs. With natural breedings, studs are at the mercy of the Dams. Most Dams while "tied" to Studs, will twist, bite, pull, lay down, roll and do anything else they can to try to get free from being "stuck" to the Stud. That is why we do not allow natural breedings, outside of our program. We have connections with a local breeder/friend who completes all of our sperm analysis, progesterone testing (for dams) and artificial inseminations (Ai) as needed. 
• We offer "pup back" deals with select studs - to approved females. 

OWNER RESPONSIBILITY/RETURN POLICY:

• In the event that the dog/cat cannot be kept in his/her home, the owner MUST contact QBBC before attempting to rehome said animal. QBBC must be given AT LEAST 14 days' notice, to make arrangements for said animal.
• Upon contacting QBBC, the owner will be sent via email an owner surrender form. Said form must be filled out and signed prior to QBBC coming to get said animal. QBBC will arrange all transportation for said animal, should transportation be needed. 
• It is required that any and ALL paperwork (registration papers - if any & vet records) must be given to/returned to QBBC. 

REFUND POLICY:

• In the event that a puppy/kitten is returned to QBBC BEFORE his/her 1st birthday, a return of all monies (excluding waiting list fee & deposit) paid to QBBC for said animal will be given to the buyer.  If the animal in question was already an adult upon purchase, then QBBC will issue a full refund.
• In the event that a puppy/kitten is returned to QBBC AFTER his/her first birthday then no refunds will be offered/given. Any refunds will be at the digression of QBBC. QBBC will absolutely, under no circumstances pay/return MORE for ANY animal than was originally paid.
