First and foremost, we stand by our productions for life, meaning no matter how far they are or how old they may be, we will forever have room for them if they should need it. Our biggest priority is ensuring that none of our productions end up in homes not suited for them or the humane society. 

For the safety of our family and animals, we no longer allow strangers to come to our home. We take weekly pictures and videos when we have a litter, and we are happy to facetime/video chat with anyone at any time to see the babies. 

We are a cageless cattery, because of this our cattery is our home in its entirety. We do not allow tours of our home or personal space, this is invading and unreasonable, as you are here to see the kittens. We have children and inviting strangers into your own home can be concerning at any given time. 

PAYMENTS: We do NOT accept personal checks. Our preferred form of payment is cash, but we do accept digital payments through Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal (friends and family only) or Zelle. We offer payment plans for our kittens to those who need it, but they NEVER leave our home until they are PAID IN FULL. Payment plans vary in time lengths, but any plans over 2 weeks will result in an additional fee.

DEPOSITS: Our deposit amount is $500.00 USD unless stated otherwise. Our deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are TRANSFERABLE to another/future litter. Unlike many other breeders, we will NEVER ask for a deposit before a litter is born. 

LITTER SELECTIONS: We breed for us before anyone else, breeding to better our breed(s) and program is our main focus. We will always have keepers, and our picks will always take priority over the wants of anyone else. Keepers/top picks are always selected BEFORE anyone else gets the chance to make a selection. Top picks are selected around 6 weeks of age, which allows us to continually evaluate the entire litter. Selections are also made around then because that gives us time to get the litter's initial DNA testing done. Once a litter arrives, we will contact everyone on the "waiting list" with the birth announcement photos and information. We will go through our waiting list BEFORE posting anything available to the public. Selections will be made in the order the deposits are received, excluding our pick(s) or stud owner picks. 

OWNER RESPONSIBILITY/RETURN POLICY:

• In the event that the kitten/cat cannot be kept in his/her home, the owner MUST contact US before attempting to rehome said animal. We must be given AT LEAST 14 days' notice, to make arrangements for said animal.
• Upon contacting us, the owner will be sent an owner surrender form. We will arrange all transportation for said animal, should transportation be needed. 
• It is required that any and ALL paperwork (registration papers - if any & vet records) must be given to/returned to Queen B Catz. 

REFUND POLICY:

• In the event that a kitten/cat is returned BEFORE his/her 1st birthday, a return of all monies (excluding deposit) paid to Queen B Catz for said animal will be returned to the buyer. If the animal in question was already an adult upon purchase, then we will issue a full refund.
• In the event that a kitten/cat is returned AFTER his/her first birthday then no refunds will be offered/given. Any refunds will be at the discretion of Queen B Catz. We will under no circumstances pay/return MORE for ANY animal than was originally paid.
